Does mortgease only assist with new mortgages?

We support you throughout the entire mortgage process from securing your first mortgage to managing existing ones, including buyouts (switching mortgages between banks) and equity releases for additional financing.

What types of properties can be financed?

The Central Bank permits mortgages on both new and old properties, including land purchases and construction financing.

What is the minimum down payment required?

The minimum down payment typically starts at 15% of the property’s price, though this may vary based on your profile and the property’s value.

Can my down payment be financed?

No, the down payment must be covered upfront and cannot be included in the mortgage or other types of financing. However, certain banks may assist with financing part of the DLD and broker fees if you're eligible.
