Because we operate as an active brokerage, we receive the official rate circulars UAE banks issue — and each month we compile and publish the UAE Mortgage Rate Index, a single verified benchmark of advertised mortgage pricing. Journalists and analysts are welcome to cite it, free, with attribution.
The UAE Mortgage Rate Index
The average best advertised salary-transfer fixed mortgage rate across UAE banks with a verified broker circular in the last 90 days. Latest: 3.93% (July 2026), range 3.78%–4.09%. Updated monthly. As far as we know, it is the only regularly-published UAE mortgage-rate benchmark.

Methodology, in brief
Each month, every bank with a verified rate circular in the preceding 90 days contributes its lowest advertised salary-transfer fixed rate; the index is the simple average. Internal funding ladders, expired campaigns and unverified rates are excluded. It reflects advertised pricing — individual rates depend on profile, LTV and salary transfer.
