Arab Bank October 2026 pricing: salary transfer from 3.99%, floors on every segment, credit card required
Arab Bank has issued its October 2026 mortgage pricing for cases submitted on or after 4 October 2026. Salary-transfer pricing now starts at 3.99% fixed for two years, each segment has a stated floor after the fixed period, and a credit card must be taken with every salary-transfer, non-salary-transfer and self-employed loan.

A pure equity release adds 0.50% to the rate. The credit card requirement applies to salary-transfer, non-salary-transfer and self-employed loans.

Fees
The pricing lists these fees as proposed; Arab Bank’s offer letter confirms the fees that apply.
- Pre-approval letter: AED 1,000, with no charge for an email approval.
- Property valuation: AED 3,000 + VAT, or AED 3,500 + VAT in Ajman.
- Processing fee on a resale purchase: 0.25% with or without salary transfer, 0.50% for self-employed borrowers.
- Processing fee on a pure equity release: 1%.
- No processing fee on a buyout, a buyout with cash-out, or a handover; a handover with cash-out carries 1% of the cash-out amount.
What this means if you are comparing banks
Against our September pricing, the two-year salary-transfer rate moves from 3.78% to 3.99% and the self-employed two-year rate from 4.25% to 4.89%. The 6-month EIBOR reversion and the floors matter to the long-term cost, and the credit card requirement is a condition of the loan.
